Pride Music, Arts Festival Free!

By  |

In recognition of Pride Month, the Women’s Freedom Festival premieres live as a virtual Pride event with music, art and fashion, comedy, poetry, guest speakers and more, on Saturday, June 19, 2021, from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. PST,  at theLproject.org and also on Facebook Live.

Hosted by the L-Project LA and sponsored by the City of West Hollywood, the festival features four hours jam-packed with entertainment from LGBTQ+, BIPOC women and non-binary artists.

“The Women’s Freedom Festival is filled with powerful and brilliant people. I’m honored and humbled that this wonderful event is my first since joining forces with the L-Project LA. Happy Pride,” said event Co-Producer Madonna Cacciatore, also vice president of the L-Project LA.

The event is free but guests may donate to support The L-Project LA’s Mission: to promote, inspire and support women and non-binary creatives through the arts and technology. The L-Project LA is a 501c3 non-profit organization. All donations are tax deductible.

The Women’s Freedom Festival is the creation of The L-Project LA’s Founding President, Chris Baldwin.

“I’m very excited for people all over the country, all over the world for that matter, to experience our community, to be entertained by our outstanding artist and to see that they are represented in the Women’s Freedom Festival,” said Baldwin.

“To have Pride is to inspire and be inspired, to celebrate and participate. We look forward to joining hands virtually from West Hollywood, California.”
